Join us for a conversation that introduces highlights from a three-week study abroad program to Morocco in January 2026.
What did the students learn about Morocco’s art, cultures, design, and craft traditions? By tracing encounters with local educators and artisans, History of Art Professor Jennifer Miyuki Babcock and participating students, Odalis Bonilla and Gherese Felipe, highlight how cross-cultural exchange fostered a deeper understanding of Morocco’s fascinating histories and contemporary creative design and art practices.
Globally Connected @ FIT is hosted by the Office of International Programs, History of Art, and the Cultural Fellows.
