Scaling up to meet growing orders is one of the biggest challenges for a growing fashion brand. For start-ups in the collection or bridge markets, where orders can be produced and filled by sample room staff, managing growth is difficult. Part of the challenge is in growing raw materials resources and part is growing manufacturing.

This session will provide insight into planning for this growth, and how to set milestones and plan to meet them as your brand grows. Included will be how to select raw material sources that can grow with your sales, as well as how to find production facilities that meet your growing needs.
