SUMMARY:EAP Employee Connections Group
DESCRIPTION:The Employee Connections Group is a place where we come together to get to know one another better and build a sense of belonging throughout the FIT community. Collaboratively\, we decide on the direction of this group each month. This group is open to all employees and alternates between a morning group and an afternoon group each month. DESCRIPTION:Meditation\, in its most basic form\, is merely the act of turning inward. Through experiencing this quiet place inside\, we can discover our wisdom and natural flow. Meditation practice can minimize stress and enhance productivity.
