DESCRIPTION:CitySource was started in 2011 to connect designers and small businesses with local fashion manufacturers in New York City. With the generous support of the Garment District Alliance\, FIT’s Center for Continuing and Professional Studies has produced an in-person trade show highlighting these factories and businesses within the Garment District. \nEach year\, the event brings a wide variety of vendors including pattern and sample makers\, production contractors\, marking and grading\, cutting\, printers\, pleating\, embroidery\, dyeing\, accessories\, trims\, fabrics\, leather\, knitters\, and design services. If you are looking for a small supplier or a full production shop\, CitySource provides all the resources to make fashion products locally. \nThis event is free and open to the public; REGISTER HERE.
