DESCRIPTION:FIT’s Disability Support Services (FIT-ABLE) presents three short films from the ReelAbilities film festival. As You Are will be presented by the director\, Daisy Friedman\, and actors from the film. \nLight refreshments to follow! \n\nDesign-Ability: The design studio La Casa de Carlota in Barcelona harnesses the unique skills of a creative team that includes members with Down syndrome and autism. \n \n  \nBear: Neurodivergent Jude desperately needs a job\, but a giant\, sentient teddy bear can’t stop getting in her way. This is their story. \n \n  \nAs You Are\, presented by director Daisy Friedman\, followed by a Q&A; some actors will also be in attendance: When an interabled queer couple spends the night together for the first time\, they must confront their complex relationships with desire\, sexuality\, and bodily autonomy. \n \n  \nBe sure to check out Day 2 of the ReelAbilities Film Fest on Oct. 28. \nThis event is for the FIT community only.
