SUMMARY:2024 Apparel Importers Trade and Transportation Conference
DESCRIPTION:Hosted by the United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) in conjunction with the Jay and Patty Baker School of Business and Technology\, the 36th Annual Apparel Importers Trade and Transportation Conference features discussions about the trade\, transportation\, and compliance challenges for fashion brands and retailers. \nThe USFIA’s largest annual event brings together professionals from companies across the supply chain for a day full of insights from policy makers and industry experts. The conference will analyze the impact of the mid-term elections\, discuss on the outlook for trade policy and customs policy\, and share more about solutions to eliminate forced labor while preparing for supply chain disruptions. \nThe conference is traditionally attended by 150 to 200 professionals ranging from coordinators\, managers\, directors\, and vice presidents to the C-suite. The attendees are decision-makers in areas including sourcing\, global trade compliance\, quality assurance\, supply chain management\, logistics\, and marketing for small\, mid-sized\, and large national and global companies. \nThis event is free for the FIT community; community members will be asked to present their FIT ID card to enter. \nThe conference is also open to the public\, but a registration fee is required.
