Emerging Technology Faculty Workshop: Interactive Mirror

Turn a blank wall into a responsive, playful mirror that notices you and answers back with light. We’ll start from a ready-to-go project, swap in effects, and map the image neatly to your surface with tape-and-test simplicity. Wave a hand, step forward, tilt your phone slider—watch it react in real time. We’ll share small showcraft secrets: where to put the projector, how to tame ambient light, and how to keep everything running for an evening.

No code, no stress—just a handful of knobs and a space to experiment. By the end you’ll have a compact, gallery-friendly piece that invites people to move. Bring curiosity; we’ll provide the magic.
