Emerging Technology Faculty Workshop: AI Prompt Engineering

Step into a studio where a prompt, a doodle, or a quick photo can become a 3D object in hours. We’ll guide you through friendly, AI-assisted tools that generate multiple options so you can follow your taste, not a manual. You’ll compare a few variations, pick a favorite, and learn simple checks for size and “printability” without opening complex 3D software. Want it in AR? We’ll show how to preview on a phone and share with a link. Want it on a pedestal? We’ll walk you through a painless print workflow with presets and a checklist.

Expect plenty of hand-holding, clear worksheets, and time to play. By the end, you’ll have something you imagined, ready to hold or view in XR—and the confidence to make another.
