EAP Meditation Group


Meditation, in its most basic form, is merely the act of turning inward. Through experiencing this quiet place inside, we can discover our wisdom and natural flow. Meditation practice can minimize stress and enhance productivity. In this group, participants will be guided through the process, beginning with an opportunity to set an intention (such as equanimity, forgiveness, gratitude, or abundance) and ending with a reflection of the experience.
No prior meditation experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to explore the possibilities.
